4 Bed Townhouse Piccadilly Free Parking

Good apartment close to the train station. Place was clean and would recommend.

A spacious townhouse with parking for a very reasonable price.

Small detail. We would have liked having somewhere to hang our coats.

Overall good standard, good communication. 10 mins from centre/train/metro. Fairly central location with capasity for all 8 of us was positive.

The buildings waste room was locked. Missing some kitchen appliances and oven fan not working. Reported it, was not resolved. These minor issues did not affect our stay noteably.

Everything thing was clean, very spacious, very comfortable onsite parking, local to majority of the city. 100-% would recommend

The building and the surroundings outside look very nice. Inside, the place is spacious and clean. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; a Nespresso machine, stove, oven, microwave, television, 4 bedrooms, 2 with en suite baths, and another bathroom. It was a nice, comfortable place for the 5 of us. The place is in a prime location. It is within walking distance of the Manchester Picadilly train station and Picadilly Gardens. Also within walking distance are pubs and restaurants and grocery shops. The parking spot is great to have, as street parking for non-residents is virtually non-existent. The hosts were very responsive.

There is not much not to like here, but there were some few necessities that I missed, such as a flat spatula to fry eggs, or paper towels to clean up around the kitchen, or handwash . Coffee pods would have been nice so shopping would not have been necessary for a couple days' stay. There were no coasters to set drinks on. I did not find a hair dryer.

Good location

Stains on carpets, lounge area not big enough to seat 8 people comfortably. Not enough wine glasses was celebrating a 60th. No waste bins in bathroom

Great location, clear check in instructions, comfortable beds, clean

The only bathroom on the bottom floor with 2 bedrooms is an en suite so be prepared to have people walk through your room at night to use the toilet unless they don’t mind walking up 2 flights of stairs for the main bathroom. Carpets are a bit stained but everything else looked clean.

Large 4 bed 3 bath triplex apartment in modern block. V comfortable and v clean. Good location

Nothing much! If there was a tiny niggle it would be that the super fast broadband was great in the living area but not v effective in the bedrooms with the doors closed. Probably due to the concrete construction of the building. Apart from that the place was excellent 👍🏼
