It was very clean and the response time from the management company was swift and efficient.

The back bedroom bed was a bit uncomfortable, it maybe needs a new mattress topper. The kitchen utensils, especially the pots and pans are old and need replacing. Could do with a few more utensils, glasses and crockery. The sofa or cushions smelled of sick or BO, they could do with a clean.

The house was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Located in a quiet street.

Very minor points: The shower was slow to drain and the shower doors didn't close properly.
