Clean, good beds, kitchen well equiped

Soap was missing

We rented 2 apartments as we were a group of 6 friends. The apartments were spacious, the kitchen was big, nice decoration in the living room. Overall, it was a good stay.

We messaged the owner through WhatsApp upon our arrival. Locating the place was straightforward, but we encountered difficulty unlocking the door, as it required a code that proved challenging for us to figure out. Despite repeatedly texting and calling the owner for assistance, we received no response. Eventually, we managed to open the door on our own. Furthermore, upon entering, we noticed there were no towels or sheets on the beds, despite the confirmation message stating there was a fee for them. We attempted to request towels via WhatsApp, but once again, our messages went unanswered. The next day, the owner messaged us, claiming we had failed to clean one of the two apartments and that they would send a payment link for the cleaning. We objected, pointing out that the cleaning fee was not disclosed in either the details or the confirmation message. Additionally, we expressed concerns that if the previous guests had paid for cleaning, it suggested the owner had not cleaned the entire apartment, which was unacceptable. Despite the owner's promise to send the payment link, it never arrived, and we would not have paid for such a service anyway.

Beautiful flat, clean and nicely designed. Very comfortable and well-located.

Hot water ended after one shower, and we were 3 people... Could be occasional, but if not, and it's about a small heater, for instance, it would be good to know and plan ahead...

In light of our circumstances, we cannot fully evaluate the accommodation in terms of its amenities and such. However, what we can assess is the service, and the flexibility and friendliness of the hosts - which is exceptional! We would definitely recommend to book here ! Thx for all

Confortable place to rest. Big, clean, seemed very new.

Appartment: A curtain or door between living room and kitchen would be nice for those sleeping in the living room. Location: An open grocery store was really far away.
