Staff are friendly and come at a moments notice

There was hardly any water coming out from the main restroom sink for the entirety of our stay, despite several complaints (see pic attached). Moreover, the staff told us this has been there since the construction of the building and can’t be fixed. However just after my brother checked out from his room (he also had the same issue btw), they brought a plumber to fix the issue (and this was only triggered after we said we’re going to give a really bad review). One other issue was there were big cockroaches in both my room and my brothers upon checkin. That means they don’t do cleaning before they give a room. Other issues were the comforter had big stain spots on them and the staff repeatedly said these are oil stains and they can’t be removed. However we all very well know that the main stain that laundry detergents tackle are oil based stains. There were no extra bed sheets and they were hesitant to give more. There was also toiletry for only 1 person (even though we were 3 ppl).

The staff was professional and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. We had a special request for late checkout that the staff also accommodated.

The staff at the guesthouse was very welcoming and accommodating. I had a great stay there and will definitely stay again.
