Departamento nuevo en el corazón de la Condesa

This was the cleanest, safest, and friendliest place to stay in Condesa. The location is in the mix of all the Mexico City's attractions and museums that are just a quick 15 minute Uber ride (with traffic). Outside of the condo, there are local vendors, coffee shops, and convenient stores throughout the entire block. Maizajo is a restaurant and streetside taco vendor that is across the street for those late drinking nights. 10/10 would recommend for all!

Maybe a little more lighting in the living room, but other than that, it was perfect!

Booked this apartment for 5 nights....location great. The apartment itself is ok, kind of modern, equipment kitchen good. Three bedrooms....beds are comfortable but in two bedrooms no bed lamps. The apartment is build into the main lobby of the building, this means no windows open directly to the outside but into the lobby area or corridor. All balconies are facing the lobby. Also, all windows are looking directly into the windows and on the balconies of the other apartments and vice versa so no privacy unless you keep the window blinds down. These blinds don't really darken the room during the night as the lights of the main lobby shine throug them. Furniture is ok but not enough, one couch and two odemens for an apartment for 6 persons is not enough seating and odemens are not really seats to relax on. Dining table has 6 chairs which is good. For us the seating arrangement worked as we were 2 persons. Wifi very good. My main problem is that the building is super noisy and I mean noisy, build with very thin walls. You hear everything from neighbors next to you, from the balconies, rooftop terrace and main lobby. The building is one big acoustic noise box from early morning until late at night. If you can live with this, it is a good location to discover Mexico city from.

Perfect place to stay for my family’s first time in CDMX! Claudia was a wonderful host, very communicative and accommodating :) highly recommend!

I liked the location, everything you need was in walking distance. We felt very safe, they have 24 hr. security. The apartment was very nice and Claudia left a big bottle of water for us which was much appreciated. We arrived late and Claudia made sure security was aware of this and they were very helpful when we arrived. She was very responsive, she replied within minutes.

We found hair in the sheets and on the floor of one of the bedrooms. I contacted Claudia, she told me the sheets were clean and apologized. And she offered to send someone to re-sheet the bed or send me clean sheets so that I could change them. Since we would be out that day I asked that she drop the off which, she did.

the apartment was very nice and very comfortable. It felt like home. After our day trips, it was nice to come to our temporary home away from home. We all looked forward to it. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Hands down a great place to book your next stay.

Everything was perfect.

Great location close to Chapultepec Castle. Safe neighborhood with lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes. Big Walmart conveniently located nearby. Security personnels were friendly.

The apartment complex can get a little noisy.

The door man had the keys upon arrival and took us to our apartment. It was very straight forward. The apartment was clean and comfortable with comfy beds and good showers. The location is excellent lots of places to eat and drink within a short walking distance. Lovely safe neighbourhood with friendly people.

The apartment block is nice and modern, but other residents were quite noisy at night at times and the noise travelled. This is not the fault of the owners just the construction of the block. However it didn't ruin our stay.

The location is great!!! The apartment is new, clean and comfortable.
