St Annes Lodge Garden Flat AWARD WINNING HOSTS

The apartment was lovely and clean. Has everything you need provided. The location is great, not too far from the town centre and with lots of street parking available. Owners communicated well and sent contact details should we need any assistance while staying. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and the shower was amazing.

The only downside was there was no WiFi available, and we had no mobile signal on the property and found we had none until we began driving towards town. The mobile signal could be due to our phone provider (we're all on the 3 network). However, this made it difficult to call or text and check emails etc. The TV also seemed to not pick up all TV stations. Only a small downside for us though.

The flat was very clean and well presented. It was quiet and private. There were nice extras left for us like washing up liquid, tea towel, bath towels, tea bags, sugar, cleaning sponges, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc. The apartment was perfectly located close to the seafront, shops and train station, surrounded by a beautiful garden. We had a minor issue (our fault) and the owner replied swiftly with understanding and kindness. Overall it was great and we would happily stay again.

We would have preferred to have a freezer rather than a dishwasher as it made meal choices limited by only having a fridge. We would have liked more kitchen equipment such as a colander, cheese grater, dishing out spoon, casserole style dishes and a couple more saucepans to ease cooking.

Really lovely and modern flat. Clean and today. Great decor. Just perfect.
