Hotel Le Grande - Mumbai International Airport

Breakfast absolutely basic nothing to sing about better breakfast were served in nearby restuarant.

There was nothing to like in this hotel the photos made the hotel look very good, the staff were unfriendly the condition in room was absolutely disgusting the shower barely worked the water was leaking from the toilet. The bedding had not been changed from previous night they were dirty, out the bedroom there spares folded beds left and dirty laundry. It was just dirty everywhere. This hotel would not even come in ONE STAR let alone 3*. I would never recommend anyone to stay there unless they want go home and be severely sick. Order bottled water (billercery) in the by morning it had turned cloudy and had hard water formed at the bottom so obviously this water was filled with tap water and corked.

My room was dirty, smells of cigarettes and the bed sheets where very dirty with some hair....:( I've had the worst experience ever in this hotel. I was looking for conform but I believe there is a minimum in term of cleanliness. Very disappointed!

Helpfulness of the staff. The Restaurant staff was really customer friendly. The food was good (though not excellent). The property is in close proximity to Mumbai airport. UBER and OLA are always accessible with a few minutes of wait time.

Rooms did not have Hot water supply for the 3 days I stayed. Wifi of the hotel was unsecured. The room I was allotted is not a big one though it was called a suite room. Though the hotel is close to the main road, the approach road to the hotel is from narrow lanes. The neighborhood of the property is not a clean one.
