Great location for the Liverpool Docks, Liverpool one & Cavern quarter & plenty of room inside with everything we needed for our stay, loved the big window.
It was a very quirky old building with lots of character the view wasn't the best but that is out of the owners control & didn't affect our stay in any way

The penthouse apartment was delightful. Located in a historic building, with a nice view. It was very clean, and we had everything we needed.
Being an historic building, the elevator/lift is an antique. Watch your fingers on the double door/gate, and anticipate several trips up and down with your luggage, as it is really small. The front door to the building was beautiful. Bronze I think(?) But it is very heavy to open, so you need some physical strength.

Location was amazing. Roomy living area with great kitchen. Great hosts
Entrance was not very inviting. Beware there are a lot of stairs to reach apartment and the lift was quite claustrophobic. Beside tables and lights would be great.

Location of the property was good.
Entrance door was open and very heavy. No tea-towels, cloths. Windows were filthy. No caffietierre. Shower iwas inadequate. Decor very tired.

Central location, large bathroom with bath. A very spacious apartment.
Some areas were a little worn, in need of minor repairs. Some cupboard doors and draws broken. Issue with heating / electrical boiler showed an error. Last morning, no hot water so had to reset the boiler and wait for the water to heat up. Main window in lounge would not close properly but this is due to the age of the windows being an old property.

Good value. Great central location. Merseyrail station couple blocks away. Liked the Modern design. Spacious. Lots of natural light. Great views. Good instructions on how to access unit.
Washer was not working when we stayed. We had to use nearby laundromat. Hot water went out a couple times and we had ro restart the boiler and wait for the tank to fill, which was inconvenient.

Really great apartment but access was an issue. Not the apartments fault but the building. New door system which meant you struggled to get in.
