The bed was not comfortable

I love the room it was clean

The road is not good

Peace quiet scenery

The road was fair just that my car is small

Great location plus the staff A+ ,made sure we enjoy our stay.please can the host trust to improve the place via mini tuck shop but all I can say the place is so beautiful

On your last day we didn’t have power at all until our check out time ,we were very disappointed and the kettle wasn’t working plus the cabinets weren’t falling down

The scenary, the views and the atmosphere is beautiful. Perfect place to disconnect from the world and to unwind and rest without any distractions.

Communication was bad

I loved the structure of the building and the mountain made it even appealing.

I didn't like the staircase it's far from each other . You really have to stretch your legs in order to climb

The view of nature, the house... Mhhhh so peaceful, the care taker is very welcoming.

Pool and nature nothing else. And the lady employee and her daughter that assisted us.

On arrival friday had to wait more then a hour before we could check in, wifi was terrible at Glasshouse. Unit looked clean until late afternoon /night time cockroaches infected. Toilet swat lose, kitchen cupboard doors not closing properly. Saterday evening problem with water and no gas, electric kettle didn't work. The male employee that was supposed to help when guest have a problem was drunk. The water problem was sorted out by the ladies that evening the gas were brought the next morning which was sunday by owner and employee, owner have the nerve to say to me i reported the gas very late in my opion that gas should have been full we only used it for boiling water for coffee I'm sorry to say but it was a terrible time. We left 2 days before check out we told a story that my mother was ill just to get away there on my birthday, how sad and dissapointing☹️ wat was suppose to be nice break. Didn't take any photos was to upset. A other thing is your advertising of unit untrue and misleading
