No deposit hold

The property looks clean but it’s bugs and roaches. Heavy rain fall and my room started flooding from the rain coming through the spaces around and under the door. I told front desk there was a roach in my room and he came sprayed and left the roach on the floor. It also has rooms by the hour so the traffic there is ridiculous
