Lage sicherlich nicht schlecht. WLAN im Zimmer exzellent.

Alles im Appartement stark gealtert und verrostet. Kakerlake gehabt. Treppenhaus im Hochhaus sehr schmutzig. Leider nachts sehr laut - auf der Strasse ein unheimlicher Krach und die Fenster halten nichts davon draußen.

Condo could have been cleaner. We had to ask for water and wi-fi to be fixed. Plumbing under kitchen sink leaked, which one of our guests repaired. All of our correspondence referred to the property as Condo Vista al Mar, Alberca Rooftop Chixchulub, only one referred to it as the actual building Alea, which made it difficult to find. Transportation from Merida bus terminal did not show up. It was difficult to arrange for transportation.
