From check-in to check-out, this was one of the smoothest and most hassle-free stays I’ve experienced. Communication was excellent throughout, instructions were clear, and the entire process was simple and stress-free. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. It is much larger than it appears in the photos, exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The furnishings, amenities, and overall presentation were excellent, making it feel more like a home than a typical short-term rental. The biggest highlight is the location. The LRT station is only a short walk away, making it easy to get around Manila. SM is within walking distance, and one of the largest shopping malls in the area is only a few minutes away. There are also plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other essentials nearby, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. The building is secure, well-managed, and offers great facilities, adding even more value to the stay. Whether you’re visiting for business, shopping, or simply exploring the city, this location is hard to beat. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, well-located, and professionally managed place to stay. Easily one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve had in Manila. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect

The room was clean and comfortable the host was very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for closeness to supermarket, laundry and malls highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay 😀

A little bit smelly esp. at the bathroom (smells like somebody wash their pet)

We liked the unit,clean,no cockroach,the pillows are comfortable and clean. The air conditioning is not noisy,so we always had a good sleep.If in case we need to stay.in Cubao,i can book this unit again. The owner is easy to talk,requested late check out.Provided all.what we need during our stay.The location is also good,walking distance to SM & Ali.Mall Robinson easymart is just accross the unit. Just a simple things that is very common with other units,but acceptable. What we want only is to make us comfortable during our stay.

First of all, they were very accommodating. Even though I arrived quite late, they still respond to all our needs. We also appreciated how everything was convenient and complete.

Complete facility. The host even provided us swimming diaper and pool floater for my baby😊 I also love the kitchenette, we were able to cook foods with ease😊 The location is superb👌 So many malls around. We really enjoyed our stay🥰 Definitely worth the price. I would prefer this than hotels😅

The host checks on her guest from time to time. Communicating very well before checking in and prior to check out. The bed is very comfortable to sleep at. All the basic home needs is in the property. Very nice and highly recommended if you want to stay around Cubao area.
