Chalet was nice and clean everything what you needed

No matress or pillow protectors on the beds and lodge much smaller than photos suggested. Stain on mattress of double bed.

Lodge was good. Perfect for our short stay. Everything we needed except a couple of dishwasher tablets

No problems but using Park Dean amenities on a single day basis is not as easy, or reasonably priced, as made out of also apparently May half term is not considered high season so some things not available

The caravan had absolutely everything you would need, and the lady who owns it was really nice and welcoming. I'd definitely stay again. The site has everything you need, and there's Cayton beach just over the road, and Scarborough Beach is only a short drive.

Lovely and Clean, kids loved the hammock! Communication was quick and friendly, Great Location will definitely be returning!

The Lodge was lovely and clean only down fall the gas bottles had ran out Saturday morning so we had no hot water or gas Saturday night also on our arrival I had to pay another 75pound for a family pass just to use the pool and clubhouse which I think if your staying on there site private or not should be all included

Club house was great for adults and children also there was alot of activities for family's to do only down fall to the site is that you have to park your away from the lodge so as I went for my car Sunday morning there's a scratch along the back bumper were a child has gone along on there bike/scooter and damaged my car.

As soon as I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised as it looks far nicer than the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean. Nothing was tatty. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Board games to use. The swimming pool was ok and the shop was ok too. Short drive into Scarborough. Perfect one night stay but would happily stay longer.
