Cosy Home with Garden in a Picturesque Village

The location was great. House was a great size.

The Bedding was very old and well used could do with refresh.

An excellent base for visiting Cottingham and Hull. The house is located on a modern estate. We were three friends meeting up for the first time in many many years to have a trip down memory lane to our student days. The house was a 15 minute walk to the centre of Cottingham. The property was clean, tidy and uncluttered and eminently suitable for a short or longer stay. The beds were comfortable and the main bedroom even had an en suite toilet and shower. There was easy access to the outdoor patio and garden. Opposite the house there were 2 reserved parking spaces. We would be very happy to return to this property.

We had a most enjoyable stay and would highly recommend the property. The following are very minor quibbles. It would have been nice to have had wifi, smaller drinking glasses and some kitchen roll.

There weren’t enough pots & pans as we were unable to cook our own meals

Very comfortable house in a good location. Adequate parking. Warm and relatively well equipped. Would stay again when visiting family in the area.

We were visiting family who lived about 5 mins away so the location was ideal. The property was clean and comfortable. The property was easy to find, although being in a newly built estate the address/postcode was not recognised by sat nav or google.

The property was set up for 5 people i.e. there were beds for 5 people, however there were only 4 seats available in the dining area to sit at the table. There were no additional seats suitable for using at the dining table. This was a minor inconvenience rather than a big problem!
