Solar power helped a lot! The guest manual also came in handy re. the alarm and gas geyser.

The view is gorgeous and it is centrally located. The house has been done very nicely and is a comfortable stay. There is solar panels for when load shedding kicks in which keeps on some of the lights and WiFi. A gas stove will ensure you can make tea/coffee even during load shedding.

Google maps stops at a location which is not the house, you have to carry on driving down the road and left onto Roos Bolton then you will see the last man standing sign which indicates you have found the place. The house is cold with all the glass and tiled floor, there are heaters one can use if there is no load shedding. No fire place which would be ideal. More towels for guests would be nice too as the one towel person means that the towels never dried

Stair without rails was a bit difficult for my dad. I missed some cooking utensils like wooden spoons, plastic jug, rice strainer, crockery could be a bit more.
