The location is perfect for exploring beautiful Bath! Felt so special to stay on this prestigious road. It was very well maintained with everything you need for a comfortable night. Thanks for sharing your property & for keeping it spotless for visitors.

The challenge of the stairs actually added to the experience. 😁 Perhaps the mattresses could have a topper added for extra comfort. Larger mugs in the kitchen would be a bonus. Use the ‘Just park’ app for spaces close by.

Great communication from the hosts before the stay, very useful tips for our stay and accommodating to any requests. Property was very well located and clean and well maintained.

Be prepared for several flights of stairs, but worth it! Water pressure in the shower wasn’t brilliant but that’s typical at the top of a large property.

"I liked the property's great location, and it was quiet, peaceful and snug, with great views!"

I love a good cup of tea and I was pleased to find tea bags at the flat. I was so grateful for the great communication and assistance with check in from Natalie. Thanks so much! I particularly liked the folder with information on the flat, also giving info on suitable cafes and restaurants to eat at.

I could not find a tea pot or large mugs and that was a disappointment - but no real matter, we used the tiny glass cups there, and made a few refills. We also would have loved to have a second set of keys available for our adult daughter to come and go as she pleased. Possibly you might put a second set somewhere in the flat. However, I know that people don't always remember to leave keys so I understand.

"Awesome location- clean and comfortable"

The location was really good and the communication was great.

No lift and lots of stairs. Would have been a real issue if we had luggage. Also not a great option if you have a car as there isn’t any parking nearby.

The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment has an excellent location and is very comfortable.

The stairs were wide with landings to rest on the way but there are a LOT so large, heavy bags are difficult.
