Charming and delightful getaway! Walk to Beach

Was very nice and clean

I liked the location to the beach. It was easy to access the beach. Also the closeness to restaurants and other attractions. It was a short drive to all.

Just that it rained the entire time and really had no beach time. It wasn't anyone's fault, just a bad time for vacationing at the beach. :(

Backyard fence partially collapsed.

This duplex/house was very clean and well equipped. Everything needed to cook was available and clean. The bedrooms were a nice size. The private yard was nice, nice fire pit, cornhole game, lawn furniture and enclosed porch.

On arrival, the owner was notified. I asked if a guest could be parked in the driveway during day visits. I was told as long as it did not interfere with the neighbors in the other half of the unit, who would be arriving the next day. The neighbors came in, 6 or 7 people, in their early 20s. They had 2 to 3 cars in the driveway at all times, different cars depending on who was there. The first night they partied ALL night. One of the girls screamed for over an hour. They were obnoxiously drunk and at 2:30 AM they decided to build a fire in the fire pit in the rain. My husband had to get up, remind them of the time and told them to shut up and go inside so we could sleep. For the remainder of the week, they slept all day and partied all night. Very disrespectful. The description of the house is misleading. It is located on a very busy main road, that exits the driveway by backing out into the street. It states the beach is 800 ft from the house, and it is as long as you walk directly across the street, through someone else's property.

The location is excellent. Great house.

Not enough kitchen amenities and Bath supplies. The back sliding door needs maintenance. It's very hard to open and close it.
