NUOVISSIMO appartamento a due passi da Bormio!

Location was superb and the facilities were great.

Communication needs to be improved. No details of how or where to collect keys. Also I contacted the host during my stay and they never replied to my questions. I didn't know what to do with the keys at check out. Main lounge was too hot and no way to alter the temperature on the wall control-it didn't respond. No information provided about where to empty rubbish-I could only find a glass bin. Maybe provide a lamintaed sheet with some details of bins, restaurants etc nearby. Shower base in need of a deep clean.

The property is 15 minutes drive to ski facilities and 15 minutes drive to Bormio’s centre. Quaint, original Valfurva’s style appartment with a lovely view of the Zebru river and the mountains. Warm, clean, and well equipped kitchen. The beds are confortable. The bathroom is clean, and functional for a small family. Daniela, the host’s mother had been very welcoming and helpful.

The kettle needs replacing, is old and leeks everytime it pours hot water from it!
