The location, layout as well as the size was great, however the cleanliness and general maintenance was poor.

We arrived to a leak that flooded the bathroom and there was black mould really bad in the bathroom as well as in the lounge/kitchen. So we had repair men arrive 8am on our second day. And they then had to return to change the boiler. All pointing to no one actually checking and cleaning the apartment for some time! An extra deposit equivalent to the rental was required which was not made clear BEFORE taking the booking. The repair men left an absolute mess to be cleaned up after. Not really what you would want on a break away. The staff weee lovely but no apology or accountability was given so poor customer service.
