Cheerful 4 Bedroom townhouse with free parking

Beds very uncomfortable, creaking floor boards need replacing on third flout and very very load when moving around especially early in the morning when others are still asleep

position close to Coventry arena

needs decoration and furniture replacing as it is old and used

Location was good- near to Coventry Building Society Arena. Staff do reply to messages prior to stay and answer the phones, gave clear instructions to find key (when asked). Lounge area is comfy. Plenty of hot water and the shower was powerful.

I slept in the second double bedroom and the bed was horrendous- I could feel the springs and slats- terrible nights' sleep. Kitchen has some 'essentials'- not much fun when you cook and find no oven gloves or tea towels to remove food from the oven or dry washing up. En suite bathroom very tired- no fans in any bathroom. Balcony is a major exaggeration- there are doors and a rail in lounge area but do not expect to be sat on a balcony. Cutlery and crockery and glasses all needed washing before they could be used. We cleared many cobwebs from communal areas- although I draw the line at clearing other people's cigarette butts from a glass bottle balanced on a window sill of a 'non smoking' house. Took 4 days for very large deposit to be cancelled from my bank. I spent far too much time calling and being told to wait to make me happy. The phone was always answered however, when I asked to speak to a manager he never called me

No complaints whatsoever

Booking.com cancelled this property at around 3pm on the day of arrival which caused me and my guests a lot of inconvenience. Yes we were offered another property in a location further away from the location that we were working at for four days. Off road parking was essential for us for vehicle security reasons, the alternative property that we had no choice but to accept only had parking on the road where available. The alternative property was ok but was not really acceptable. Very disappointing and unprofessional all round. Therefore I cannot rate this property fairly
