Elegant apartment in city center by HNFC Stays

Location is excellent - it could not be more central. You walk out of the front door and you have the Theatre Royal to your right and the monument to your left. Loads of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops within 150m.

Bedroom was partitioned off from the rest of the apartment - would have preferred that it was a separate room with a door.

Lovely little flat nice safe, felt out the way whilst being in a great location.

It was easy to get too and it looked exactly like the pictures. So worth the money and was so comfortable would happily stay again

Good location.

Shower constantly went hot then freezing cold. Double bed was 2 singles put together. WiFi did not work and remote barely worked. Had to use hotspot to get anything on the tv. Agreed a later check out and had a cleaner walk in and huffed when we explained we had a later checkout then a window cleaner let himself in (twice) half an hour later. 🙄

Right in the middle of the city. Was a lovely stay.

Dirty, sinks blocked, freezing cold, broken heater.. the lost continues, this place should NOT be an AirBNB How they can call this place "elegant" is beyond me

Location its unbelievable, and the place amazing, very veru quite and private. Also acess to the most principal places in Newcastle. Just, perfect

I have no complain at all

The location is in the heart of monument and it is just right beside the tube station. The price for the accomodation is quite fair. The place provides a good washing/dryer machine. The shower only has hot water.

Almost everything. I stayed there for 4D3N and these are what I experienced. The accomodation is not an ideal place to stay in during the winter. The place is a very poor insulated accomodation. It has no hot water at the kitchen sink and toilet sink. They told me the kitchen sink is electrical heat controlled, which did not make any sense since the water was not coming out any hot water. The room has only provided 2 small heaters (added one more small one after I requested one more), which did not make the room warm since the heater can only put to 29 Celsius max. The place has 2 water heater, but they are only there for aesthetic since they changed the heating system from water to eletectric. My parent and I had to sleep using 2 layers of Quil. Kitchen has all the utensils and stuff, except for KNIVES. There is no carpet floor so the floor will be very cold to walk around. There is only one medium sized carpet at the living room and that's about it. The toilet felt like I am in Alaska, especially during night time.

Nothing. Avoid at all costs. The flat was grim, really dirty, stained towels, no hand towels in the bathroom, mold around the shower and a very weird shower head in the ceiling. No batteries in the remote, so no TV. A wire was exposed and wrapped with masking tape (potentially dangerous) and the cleaners had left their hoover, bucket and cleaning sprays around the flat. Lots of dirty marks around the flat, skirting board full of dust, I could go on. Ruined what was already a difficult weekend for us.

All of it. Apart from the location, that is the only saving grace. Don't be fooled by the photos. I expect to stay somewhere that is at least as clean as my own home, if not cleaner. This was awful.
