The house itself is beautiful but our stay was very disappointing. We booked it for two weeks to spend time with friends and family but were forced to spend most of the time away from the house due to estate rules being changed two days before we arrived which restricted our use of the property. These restrictions were not in place when we booked and paid for the property and despite requesting the host to honour the booking conditions under which we booked, this was refused. This property is not suitable for children or older people as there are severe safety issues with sheer 2m drops and no railing.

The location was perfect and the house was very well equipped with all the neccessary equipment in order for us to cook a full christmas dinner and accommodate the whole family of 10 people with a little compromise around the bathing arrangements as there is only 2 bathrooms.

The only thing i maybe had to get my head around was the privacy of the 2 bedrooms with glass windows which did not have any blinds or curtains available to give you any privacy . This however was not a deal breaker , but maybe something to consider in the future.
