Everything was perfect. The location, facilities, and communication were spot on. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped. It has everything you can possibly need. Fridge stocked and lots of breakfast options.

The stairs are a pain, but not an issue. Helps to work off the lunchtime focaccia 😁

Thankful to Andrea, the host, that made it easy to arrive and meet. Paid great attention to details, provided well oriented recommendations to visit Genova. Room is a renovated apartment with great ideas and taste. Location is ideal to visit the city.

I like a sizeable bathroom when I travel. Be aware that the bathroom in this BnB is functional but very, very tiny; there is a smell of mold as you enter the unit.

Location is literally right in the Centre and heart of Genova old town. Everything is a just a few minutes walk away including a Metro stop which was 2mins away by foot and from here you can get to either Genova train station via a short ride. Loved the hospitality and care from the host who was excellent. We arrived late night and he kindly met us in a central location and walked us to the property which I really appreciated as I would never have found it in the dark as it's tucked away. Host also kept in touch via what's app throughout our stay in case we needed anything and was always available to offer advice and recommendations for things to do, places to see and where to eat. The spread of breakfast and snack items left for guests to consume during their stay was excellent 👌 . Good size accommodation with separate spaces to eat, chill and sleep. All amenities thought of, was like a home from home set up. Andreas you are a fab host and your property is a fab home for any guest. Highly recommend! Thank you for contributing to making mine and my daughter's first mother and daughter trip away a great one. We stayed for four nights and felt safe, secure and comfortable in our holiday home in Genova ❣️ S&A

The stairs...you have to walk up five flights of stairs to get to your door and I appreciate this is what most heritage old town buildings are like in Genoa but I feel this needs to be more clearly detailed in the property extra info section as the apartment won't be suitable for guests with mobility issues and it would be unfair for them not to know and book this place..

We would like to thank Andrea for all the comforts he created, which made our holiday in complete comfort, even I would like to say we were sad to leave. We had to climb up to the 5th floor to get to the flat, but as Genoa has narrow streets, the light only reaches the higher floors, so it was a plus (not so hard after 1 climb). The flat was cosy, clean, with two silent air conditioners, a full kitchen, a place for clothing, a hoover and a washing machine. The bathroom was clean, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and a set of towels were provided. It was very nice that there was already food in the flat, which was provided by Andrea. Thank you for your hospitality, hopefully we will come back to Genoa again 👋🏻
