I like the design of the room, it's cozy and the bed comfortable. It was good that the water dispenser is provided because not all AirBnB provide water dispenser, they only provide small water filter.

The toiletries is not complete. Toiletries suppose to be including toothbrush and small toothpaste. Even though the AirBnB may not provide toothbrush, they suppose to mention toiletries provided but not including toothbrush.

Really nice room, lots of space, very comfy bed. The staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. They sent text messages with important information.

The bathroom had not been cleaned before our arrival only the toilet paper was changed for a fresh roll. There was toothpaste on the mirrors, the sink and counter were filthy and she shower glass was durty too. The grout and silicone in the bathroom was also mouldy. The floor throughout the apartment had just about been swept and there was dirt in the corners. The bathroom mat was also not changed from the last guests and the kitchen had dirty dish cloths in the sink.
