Sur les 48 h où nous sommes restés … pas de wifi certainement du à un problème externe. Notre hôte a proposé de nous envoyer quelqu’un mais n’étions pas â l’appartement ! On s’est passé de liaison !!! Pas très grave

Cozy flat with historic architectural charm, ideal for two guests, located just steps from the Livorno coast. Nestled behind a main apartment building, the flat is well-insulated from street noise, ensuring a quiet and restful stay.

We spent a few really nice days in this apartment right by the sea – the location is fantastic! There’s a great local restaurant next door, a large supermarket just around the corner, and a bus from the main train station stops right in front of the property. The apartment is very well equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. A special highlight was the host: very friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. She also gave us great tips for day trips in the area. All in all, a relaxed and comfortable place to stay that we’re happy to recommend.

Wonderful and friendly host. Excellent location for families due the coast and a brand new shopping centre nearby with restaurants and play mall.

The apartment and garden were beautiful, quiet, and safe. The location was perfect—centrally situated with a grocery store, Primark, the beach, and scenic walking routes all just a few minutes away. Plus, having a bus stop right outside made getting around incredibly convenient. I truly enjoyed my time here!"
