"Lovely village of Gouvia, but a very dirty and inadeq cottage not good enough for a holiday let"

location

dirty unfinished cottage with a rough concrete yard for a garden. Terraces not swept, garden furniture rusty and dirty. Old food left in kitchen. Tiny dirty bathroom. NO FIRE ESCAPE. Doubt this property has a licence or ever been inspected.
