The house so spacious and everything is super good.

Limited sofa and no wardrobe in small rooms.

Location, room, bathroom, AC, kitchen is nice.

We were not able to use the TV to watch Netflix, the App in the TV says it requires updating and etc, we tried to troubleshoot it for 30minits but no joy, next time I think I should bring my own laptop because HDMI cable is present, had bit trouble connecting to the WIFI however the owner responded in time. Some of the remotes, I had to change the batteries myself which is a hassle.

I stayed at The Loft Botani Villa for 3 days and 2 nights. The location was secure but a bit silent at night. It’s 15 mins away from Pekan Ipoh, location-wise it’s a developing area so there aren’t much marts, restaurants and petrol stations nearby. However the unit itself was pretty, plenty of car park spaces (approx. 4-5 cars), the rooms were spacious and clean. The aircond however needs services.

There is an accessible lake at the back. Which is the main reason i picked this place. Yet they locked it and didnt allow when it was evident because other house people were at the backyarr. They should mention that cannot go to lake we wont give you the key. So i felt rather scammed by it. Cause it wasnt mentioned and i took the house just for the lake. Tbe water pressure is poor and the heater in master bedroom wasnt working. So by time we shower and get ready it was a real pain in the ass. For RM550.00 i dont think its a good deal.
