Just Stay Wales - Meridian Bay Beachfront Apartment with Private Secure Parking

Location on the Marina .

Property was ok - housekeeping might like to provide the designated recycling bags as promised in the details ! We couldn’t recycle because of that omission .

Location is very good, close to town 10 minute walk

Check in was a shambles, had to contact just stay to get info on where to collect keys, was told to collect from restaurant across the road, there were no keys there, after another 3 phone calls, keys were finally located in a lock box at the side of the restaurant kitchen, during the number of calls we made to the agent we were asked "why are you staying here because you only live an hour away", does it even matter where we had travelled from ?secure parking was included but took 10 minutes to find the correct space as not in numeric order our space was 52 which was in-between spaces 118 and 29 🙄 finally got into apartment which has good facilities but the bed is a small double and very soft mattress so when either one of us moved it was like being a jelly on a plate so I ended up sleeping on the sofa, feeling more exhausted going home than before we came. Also the apartment is on the ground floor which gives lovely views onto the promenade but this turned out to be a bad idea as there is a small gap at the side of the apartment that people were using as a short cut to get to other buildings and as there are floor to ceiling windows it became unnerving so kept blinds and windows closed. WiFi hasn't worked at all and have tried resetting it half a dozen times but keeps saying there is no internet access, this seems to be an ongoing issue as people have mentioned it in the guest book on previous visits. We wouldn't stay at this property again and would not book anything through these agents again.

There were no bin bags in the bins. Fortunately wasn’t an issue as we were only 1 night and any rubbish did not cause an issue if in an unbagged bin.

Great apartment with a lovely view of the sea and Swansea bay.

Checkin could be easier and always dislike hosts who use extra checkin checks after you checkin has been accepted. Was driving over to Swansea and had to keep stopping at the services to chase access and complete questionnaires.

Everything is fine. You can see the sea when you open the window. I hope I can live here again.
