Beautiful pool, big rooms,complimentary snacks, and equipment to cook if needed Responsiveness of the staff

Cleaneliness, overall maintenance of the property was very poor. Stains on the floor, on the sunbeds, on the bedsheets,.. not very clean overall Outdoor Bathtub was very dirty - we understand it’s outdoor but we don’t think it was cleaned before we came in

The house is well decorated & lots of different areas to sit. The turtles in the front pond were cute & the pool area was lovely. We could walk 11 minutes to a great breakfast place which is really popular called 7am & a great little restaurant next door called Bonitos.

The location is about 25-30 minutes by car to get into town, or around 8-10 minutes by scooter… so you can’t really walk anywhere. We stayed with our 3 adult daughters & we wanted a house so we could all be together but the rooms were all entirely separate you had to physically lock yourself out of the main house to get to 2 of the bedrooms, it was ok for us as we didn’t have young children. Also just to mention you can’t keep mosquitoes out of the house, there are gaps in every glass door panel.

La maison est très sale -Non lavée depuis un moment -j’ai du changer les draps de mon fils an arrivant (23h) après 17h de voyage!!! Le lendemain je les ai contacter mais ils refusaient de me croire jusqu a ce que je leur envoie des photos.Et la comme par magie ils m’expliquent qu’il n’ont pas la main sur la société de nettoyage mais qu ils vont leur demander de nettoyer la maison🧐 Je regrette la mauvaise communication - comme ils ont des avis positifs ils se croient tout permis !!! C est la première fois que ca m’arrive donc pour éviter les mauvaise surprises des futurs clients je vous joints des photos Je suis partis le lendemain -donc j’ai dormis une nuit sur 3 payées - j’ai préféré trouver une autre location (Anahata Greenforest -juste magnifique avec un personnel au petits soins et une maison propre )
