Restful 3BR Hillside Duplex House

House is clean and comfy. There is a terrace with overlooking view of Loakan Airport. Hot water is available. It has everything you need for cooking. It was a great stay overall. Definitely will book this again for family vacation.

This is located in a nice quiet neighborhood away from downtown. I much preferred the location versus a hotel we stayed at downtown. It also has a nice view of the valley from the back balcony. It’s only 15-20 mins away from attractions.

Restaurants or even road side eateries are not within walking distance so make sure you grab food before heading there. A small part of the road to get there is dirt/rock which is a little jarring on vehicles.

The place is quiet and clean. If you want to get away from the busy city, the location is ok. Very suitable for our family with 6 adults and 2 kids. All kitchen amenities are complete. Beds are super comfy. There are two bathrooms at the 1st and 2nd floor making it easier to prepare. Like the terraces too!

Rough road going to the place.

The place is very nice and spacious, especially the rooms as well as the living area. The balcony also has a very nice view. They have an enclosed parking space that can fit a big van. Caloy is also very accommodating and nice.

The location is quite far from the city center and there is about 200 meters of unpaved and very rough and steep road so experienced drivers are needed, and even then, the driver must still be very careful. There was also an unpleasant smell in the corridor and by the door in one of the big rooms (maybe due to stale trashcan).
