The management who cancelled my stay the night before and there was no suitable alternative accommodation to book. However they did promise to compensate me plus offered a complimentary stay (verbally) then totally reneged on the offer, clearly honesty and customer service aren't a concern.

Position of the apartment is good, near to almost everything.

Walls are in need of a good paint and apartment gets pretty hot during sunny days. Air conditioning is a portable unit, with broken wheels and broken hose, that doesn’t keep up when it’s mildly hot. Bathroom isn’t very efficient as drains were slow and shower head attachment was loose and wasn’t holding it. Coffee machine pictured, as other amenities, aren’t at the property. Couches aren’t comfortable and one of them is broken. Dining chairs and table are wobbly and falling apart as screws are loosed. Parking was a nightmare as there isn’t enough spots for everyone and we got boxed in 3 times during our stay and only way out was calling landlord and then try to find out car owners to ask them to move.

The property is close to all amenities, parking onsite makes life easier, the apartment was lovely. We will be coming back in September 😎

Just a couple of small things...The plughole on the bath wasn't draining the water away, the towel rail in the bathroom didn't work and the kettle was full of limescale but that didn't affect our break, we had a wonderful time

Had problems getting keys as originally given wrong code. My daughter visited in her car and got a fine,we didn't know we needed permission. Was difficult finding property as it's behind a main road and no signs anywhere . Couldn't use WiFi as no code available.

The location was very hard to find, I had to ring 3 times before I could find the apartments.

There was no TV signal, even though I phoned to report it, no-one came to sort it out. I could only stay for 1 night as I had to return home to see my very poorly Uncle in hospital.

Nice and clean apartment close to shops. Perfect communication.
