Hostel & Glamping Santa Fortunata

The staff are amazing! So helpful and informative. The shuttle buss to and from Sorrento centre every half hour is extremely helpful and the drivers were so kind (space for luggage available with this). The room we booked was spacious and quiet. Fridge was handy and the bathrooms were clean and had good water pressure.

A double bed was 2 singles pushed together, which meant it kept slipping apart during the night and creating a gap in the middle. No data reception (or very very very slow), meaning we HAD to purchase the wifi they have available.

Hidden costs . Charges for lockers to keep luggage; charges for transport to town is the same as a local bus, which you can go much further on: the beach is a lengthy walk down hill: the food was a lot to be desired.

Comfortable and clean. Aircon was great and so was the outside deck! Swimming pool great size and sun beds in excellent condition!

El autobús te dejaba en el centro de sorrento y luego te llevaba al hotel la habitación no me gustó incómoda. Un poco sucio y la piscina no es gran cosa. 6 le doy

A hospedagem é uma proposta bem diferente de todo o luxo da Costa, mas consegue ser um bom custo benefício dentre as opções mais próximas do centro de Sorrento e é uma verdadeira imersão na natureza local. Uma vista de tirar o fôlego e tudo vira uma paisagem.

A acessibilidade do camping é um ponto a ser melhorado, principalmente pensando em quem está a pé. Imagino que disponibilizar mais staff para levar os hospédes nos carrinhos para chalets mais distantes seria uma boa opção, assim como disponibilizar uma forma mais clara de agendar esse transporte. Ficamos na Caseta 0 e levamos ao menos 10 minutos para ir ou vir da recepção 🥵

Everything was so nice - the staff were very helpful. We ended up adding 2 nights to our stay, 2 in a safari tent and 2 in one of the little houses. The shuttle was super convenient to get back and forth to the downtown area.

They definitely charge for everything - for the shuttle it’s cash only and everywhere is card only. They don’t leave towels in every accommodation. So you have to buy towels and they’re not inexpensive. Definitely didn’t love feeling like we were getting nickel and dimed at every corner. You even have to pay to use the wifi. Also. You have to have a swim cap on to use the pool (but you’ve gotta buy one. Lol)

Good location. Pool is great and the beach by the sea.

Your waiting process untill next room is available even if you were in the apartment and decided to stay one night more. Paying for the luggage storage is insane request
