1. Staff(s) are indifferent and pathetic as far service is concerned. It took almost half an hour to be heard. Then another 15 mins to get the room. 2. The room was full of mosquitos and asked for mosquito repellent...they said yes but never gave. Had to get it personally through zepto. 3. Needs maintenance, the door lock was not proper. 4. The shower hardware was broken and was not working, so I took hot water from the basin ...
