We really enjoyed our stay and 3 out of the 5 of us were accommodated last minute as the accommodation that had been booked and paid for was a huge mess and we had nowhere to stay. Emily was amazing and extremely helpful throughout our stay and made us a wonderful breakfast on Sunday morning. Thanks again Emily you are a star!!

The only problem we had was trying to pay by card for the 3 of us as the machine wouldn't work no matter what Emily tried. I did try to do an EFT, but the account details kept getting thrown out so in the end we just drew cash and paid like that. But that's technology for you I guess.

Emily was very friendly and goes out of her way to ensure your comfort.. Did not see nor meet the owner. Gardens are beautiful. Rooms clean and comfortable - did not look like photos which gave impression of proper 4-star stay.

To have to park next to the tiny little outside room assigned to Emily with delapidating curtains showing through the windows. It made us all quite uncomfortable to stay in such good surroundings vs her doing all the hard work. Electrical plugs overflowing with adaptors. No hairdryer.

Emily was really helpful and a lovely person to have running the guesthouse.
