Everything was great until we woke up. Went to take a shower and had nothing but cold water. Water in the bathroom and kitchen sink was hot but shower was ice cold. Too late too change room so we ate breakfast and left. Bad feeling all day from no shower. Told the front desk about the issue but was not offered any compensation . Just told they would check it out. Booked thru booking.com so we probably got a room where they knew about the problem and and since we got a discount they didn’t care.
