House keeping my phone charger

✔ Spacious studio-type room – Comfortable queen-size bed, cozy living area, and a fully functional kitchenette. ✔ Clean kitchen appliances – Spotless and rust-free, unlike other condo units I’ve visited. ✔ Potable water provided – No need to buy bottled water, which was very convenient. ✔ Beautiful views from the balcony – Stunning sight of Angeles City and Mount Arayat. ✔ Rooftop pool with a great panorama – Ideal for relaxing and taking in the scenery. ✔ Honesty bar concept – A unique and interesting feature. ✔ Additional amenities – Gaming room, gym, and sauna, providing more activities for guests.

✘ Thin walls – Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, especially at night. ✘ Loud guests next door – Kids were screaming, banging, and slamming doors, affecting relaxation. ✘ Cold pool water – It got quite chilly in the late afternoon and evening, possibly due to elevation and no heating. ✘ Lack of staff assistance at the honesty bar – Would have preferred a more personalized service.

Facilities are modern and exceptionally clean. Friendly and supportive staff. Regular cleaning of rooms and changing of towels was warmly appreciated

The front counter staff forgot to refund me the 1500 pesos deposit for the room booking. This should NEVER happen on checkout All payments should allow eftpos card transactions with no minimal limits (as in many other countries)
