PGA Hotel Free Shuttle to Airport

Nice entrance group. Looks fresh and modern.

1) reception agent gave me the wrong room category (worse then I booked) and told me nothing about the hotel and services 2) breakfast was awful. Total dirt around, no food at all even that I came to eat at 7:15-7:40 (as breakfast started at 7am). They hosted group of Chinese who ate everything. No food was replaced 3) night receptionists- two young boys, didn’t know how to use card payment machine or didn’t have any answer 4) no iron in hotel for self use 5) no normal blankets- I was cold all the night and had to turn on AC on 30+

The location was good

There was nothing good without location

Comfortable and clean.

There was a balcony, even if its dirty and small, i liked looking from there at night.

Hotel charged us extra one day, when we checked in earlier only for 2 hours, and breakfast was very poor quality. Salat wasnt fresh at all, and coffee was disgusting (

trying to cheat us on the rooms. a leaking air conditioning pipe and bucket in the passage. no bedside lamps, only strong white light. No coffee for breakfast and rude reaction of the staff
