Casa Blanca Zipolite, Dream House

Very spacious and peaceful home. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs terrace and the pool terrace as well. Quick walk to the beach, center of town and to small tiendas where you can purchase the basics and fruit and vegetables for your kitchen. Steep incline or lots of steps on the way back home, be prepared to extend a little effort. Super helpful host, thank you Miguel. Overall Great value!

We enjoyed our stay, but a couple of notes. The house and pool could definitely be cleaner. And some of the kitchen tools, appliances and outdoor furniture could really use an update.

great location, just far enough away from the beach bars to get a good night's rest, but close enough to walk to the action. You can hear the waves crashing from the house. The soaker pool was essential to cool down after enjoying the patio. The A/C units worked well to cool down the bedrooms. The wifi was fast- streamed Netflix no problem. The kitchen had everything you needed and even more, including 2 huge bottles of drinking water. Mike, who stays in the apartment below, (the owner/ host )was extremely helpful and on site to answer and questions and even told us about restaurant's nearby. He gave us our privacy as well. He also picked us up from the airport (for a fee of course), there isn't Uber in the area which is great, in my opinion. There are taxis as well. The family built the property with their own hands, so the do take good care of it.

The only thing I would suggest is new pillows for the bedrooms

Mike, the manager, was a blessing to have. He made sure we were comfortable and kept an eye on the place. It was only a three minute walk to the beach. We definitely will be back at this home.

The pool is the only thing we personally didn't care about. However, if you don’t care about the pool, this is the place to be.

The property is very spacious, colorfully decorated and the kitchen fully equipped, including drinking water. Has a balcony and a rooftop, with tiny pool and lawn chairs. It is close to the beach, well located. Mike, the owner is generous ?helpful and very welcoming, even close to midnight! We would definitely go back next year.

The house was reasonably clean. Could be cleaner, especially the sinks and toilets. But, it is a big house, a lot of space to take care of.

The place is huge and spacious, very clean, quiet and far away from any club that plays music until the morning hours. Mike, the owner, very nice and friendly, lives downstairs with his separate entrance. The whole apartment is private without any neighbors looking into the sundeck and pool area. Mike keeps and tends a lush tropical yard he and his dog Ambar is the cutest lille German Schnauzer. The house is a five minute walk from the beach and secure walking home even at night Enjoy

I was amazed at the amount of space that I had all to myself for under $100 per day. The view from the roof top covered terrace was breath taking. I spent most of my time up there napping in the hammock.

Not being directly on the beach and having to walk up a hill and several flights of stairs to get to Casa Blance is compensated by not having to put up with the very loud music being played by the club and resturants on the beach until 4am.

It was very large with a huge kitchen and master bedroom There was a good sun terrace outside the bedroom and a marvellous shaded roof terrace. Also a cool plunge pool that was much used by us. It took just 5 minutes to get to the beach. A family home, it was generally quiet and its location in the wooded areas behind the shore protected it from noisy music from Zipolite’s night time bars and clubs. Wifi was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Mike, the host, was friendly and helpful and usually available as he lives next to the property.

Super spacious, comfortable and unusual space with a lot of character. Incredible views from the terraces and kitchen, comfortable beds. Location Close to beach and short walk from restaurants. Jesus and Gerry were super helpful. I could do zoom with the WiFi no problem, all over the property.
