Deer Ridge Mountain Resort by Jackson Mountain Rentals

Communication was great. It was nice and quiet, cozy and comfortable. I do wish the water in the shower was a hotter temperature, but other than that, it was perfect.

The view outside our balcony was amazing! The condo was recently updated and was very comfortable. It was decorated very well. My only negative was the TV in the bedroom was really grainy and hard to watch.

The property was located in the mountains with stunning views and a quiet location.

The condo was great. Very clean and comfortable. Nightly sunsets from the unit were spectacular. You cannot beat the view. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was great and so was the pool. You cannot beat this unit value. The only issue was that the coffee carafe was a replacement that did not fit the coffee maker and there was always grounds in the coffee because is did not drain properly. The shower curtain is about 3 inches too short so you had to be very careful when taking a shower to make sure that the water did not go onto the floor. The TVs in the unit were not smart TVs so you could not access apps like netflix or hulu. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

The view from this condo is amazing! Nice to have 2 separate beds for grand girls. It was clean, typical 3star property

The best Quite and view, but our place was the lower level.. the place was old dated and was smelling like has been not used for a while .. outside of the place have spider webs.. 30 minutes from Gatlisbu

We had the best time here!! The views were absolutely gorgeous

We stay here every time we come to Gatlinburg. We actually saw a couple of bears this time. I have only great things to say about this property!

Excellent

The unit itself is very outdated. The mattress was HORRIBLE. Easily 10 years old. The noise from the unit above (6 kids with a steel spiral staircase) was crazy loud. They stomped around like they were Irish River dancers until after midnight and the building is so old it sounds like they are coming through the ceiling.
