My family & I love the vibes and it was so comfy. the facilities are superb. This is my 3rd stay here. Surely we'll repeat next time.

The location is quite congested in the heart of KKB so i got problem with the parking (maybe because there was a shop opening ceremony at that time). but then after 6 i could park near the unit. - It would be better if there is a sink in front of the bathroom.

Convenient location and owner respond promptly with our request for code and toilet rolls. Clean property.

The owner a bit impatient when I asked for the code to the door. Yes I asked multiple times to make sure that the message got across and I have no intention to irritate the owner but unfortunately he misunderstood my intentions. I have had previous bad experiences during my stay at other non hotel properties where it was difficult to check in. Anyway, as a host , owner should be more understanding and able to tolerate customer’s request. I think I did not make unreasonable or unnecessary demands. Just a simple basic question of the code to check in. I hope that more Aircond can be installed in the property.

We arrived around 9:00pm after a long drive, and the homestay was exactly what we needed; quiet, clean and very comfortable. The place is tastefully and elegantly decorated, with a classy, homely feel that immediately puts you at ease. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks thoughtfully prepared for guests; a small touch, but very welcoming, especially arriving late at night. The calm environment helped my son rest well and mentally prepare for his interview the next morning.

Nothing to fault. Our stay was short, but everything was well taken care of and exceeded expectations.

The place has a charming personality! A sense of that old classic wood house of the past, very warmly welcoming. With lots of arts hanging around the house. The decoration style of the house is lovely! I think the house itself is an artwork! Felt we stayed like in an indie museum of KKB town. The biggest point: the property is super, super clean and comfortable! Would definitely book the place again when going to KKB! This is not a negative, but entrance to the property is upwards via stairs so may not be accessible for wheelchair users.
