Spacious & Modern Apartment in Central Trondheim with free parking

Leilighet er fin, rent og ryddig. Bra beliggenhet og rolig område og med bra parkeringsmuligheter. Veldig hyggelig eier og god kommunikasjon med dem. Neste gang når vi skal til Trondheim, så kan vi godt tenke oss å komme tilbake til denne leiligheten :)

We had a very negative experience following our visit to apartment. Our first impression was a bad smell in the apartment, hard to describe, but it was a mix of old urine, old furniture, and dirty floors. We arrived at the apartment for the first time at around 6:00 PM. The kids were hungry, so we thought we’d have dinner. We tried to heat up our evening meal and eat, but I must admit it was very uncomfortable after taking out several plates from the kitchen cabinet that were dirty. It was something very unpleasant. The frying pan was in poor condition, and it was hard to heat it up because it kept tilting on the stove plate. The kitchen cabinets were also dirty, with a lot of yellow residue on the doors. The stove fan didn’t look good either. Eventually, we noticed that our feet were sticking to the living room floor, and at that point, we decided we had had enough. The kids also said they didn’t want to sleep there. In addition, the floors were cold in every room, and it was particularly freezing in the bathroom. In the bathroom, there was also a note saying that it wasn’t allowed to turn on the heating. When we looked more closely, we found a lot of dust behind the TV stand and the sofa. The shower doors were also very unpleasant, especially at the bottom on the rubber seals. Private photos are usually not found everywhere in apartments rented out. It simply felt unhygienic to stay in such an apartment. We had to find another option very quickly, and at around 7:30 PM, we left the apartment. We booked a hotel instead. We informed the owner of apartment about this situation and we have sent a request for a refund. Still waiting for the money... I hope Booking.com will help to get back the money. Unfortunately there is no way to get back the time we have waisted that Saturday on 16 of November 2024. All of this cost us a lot, and our entire weekend was ruined.

Specious apartment near downtown Trondheim, with free parking and really great hosts. We didn’t lack for anything. Great value for the money. My family used public transportation when visiting the Nidaros cathedral and found it very easy and convenient - the bus stop was 4 minutes away from the apartment. Good wifi

The kitchen doors had several use marks, however this didn’t reduce the quality of our stay.

As it was said, IT IS A VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS APARTMENT. Also furnished modern. The location is very good too and the apartment is with its own parking space, which you normally dont get in Trondheim. The hosts were very caring and supportive. We highly recommend this apartment.
