Cozy Cabin Oxen-Le-Fields Montana

An extremely cozy stay in the cabin. Incredible view and porch area. The host was super welcoming and helpful. Well located about 25 min from Lost Trail and 25 min from Darby.

The appliances are a little small and dated but work perfectly well. I'm 5'9 and the shower was hitting me in the neck, so it might be a little cramped for taller people.

Our experience was amazing! Lynda was as friendly and helpful a host as one would ever want. Great info and communication before the trip, she welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we had everything, well stocked with any amenities we'd need. We stayed there for 5 nights and loved it. Covered outdoor porch with views of the hills and valley, peaceful and a quiet place to relax. Location was perfect for our needs: for the one night we ate out, it was 15 minutes to a meal in Darby, 15 mins to hot springs open Fri - Sun in winter, and a little further for excellent skiing. Couldn’t have been happier!

The host was amazing!!! We felt right at home. The little cabin was so much fun! It had so many little extras that made our stay extra special! We loved every minute of our stay. We hope to come back!

We liked the value for the money. It was “rustic” but super clean and comfortable in a beautiful mountain location. Lynda was a fabulous host. There were nice touches such as cocoa and granola bars. The evening we spent on the porch was awesome. It is easier to find if you go by the directions Lynda gives you, not your GPS. We would definitely come back!

Entry road could use some gravel but it’s manageable.
