Sunvida Tower Across SM City Cebu

Convenient location (near SM City, bus stops, banks). Hassle free check-in and check-out. Comfortable enough as a place to stay after touring the city. The free wifi was decent.

Water was not free. You have to have the empty container refilled on the water refilling station at the ground floor. Luckily, they were kind enough to deliver the filled container to the 19th floor and it just cost 50php per container. You have to line up for the elevator during busy times. No toilettries provided. Best bring your own. Also no extra garbage bags for your trash. There was a persistent smell of urine from the toilet. We tried to rise the entire bathroom with water but we could not get rid of the smell.

We had wonderfull view, comfortable unit, everything look new. We were missing only rug or cloth to dry floor after shower.. We appreciated that we coudl left our bags at reception on safe place and our host was replying very quickly for every question. We coudl go to swimming pool with wonderfull view and beautiful atmosphere,but the water was extremly cold,so we coudlnt stay there.
