Everything once we were in was excellent, very clean and comfortable

The lack of information where the place was, how to access the keys and having to ask for the WIFI password which should have been in the email once booking was complete

Location is best and its amenities like shampoo and hand soap available too

Clogged sink is all and its smell stinky

The unit is very cozy and confortable for a couple of to stay few days

Only need slippers to use indoor

Room was cosy and partitioned into 2,1 half the kitchen the other half the bedroom aircon worked well and kept me and my partner cool and we slept really well no outside noise which was a bonus,kitchen area had a large fridge freezer, cooking hob and basic facilities too cook with, hotel is near the Venice canal shopping centre which has a mall and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend!!!

I like the cleanliness and neatness of the room. All is working very well and I enjoyed the hot bath, cool ac and swimming on a private pool the most. I also love the customer service (through this app). They respond immediately and answer my concern right away.
