Hotel O Pardi Near Kalamna Market

He denied check in without informing us. We have booked 6 rooms and they told due to marriage all rooms are booked and denied check in.

Inspite of informing them on late arrival, there was no one to open the main gates for us. No personnel were available to answer our phone call provided. We were just left stranded in the middle of the night - awaiting the doors to open. We just stayed elsewhere and visited this hotel again in the morning. Hotel guys did confirm that we were at the right location (even though you will not find a board stating Hotel O Pardi anywhere), and acknowledged that we had called them repeatedly the previous night. Payment was also received by them in full. However, they were reluctant to pay us the refund and adamantly told (not requested) us to follow up with booking.com customer care! Front office people were trying to justify with silly reasons, and the manager was not ready to speak to us over the phone. I am not in receipt of the money yet. Just avoid this hotel as much as you can. They are just cheats.

The rooms are tiny without any sunlight. There is no provision for tea, coffee. Even water is not served complimentary.

Right from the location to the size of the rooms to the uncooperative reception staff, there is nothing to like about this hotel

Rooms were good but very small but good option for night over. Staff was cordial ans helpfull. Rest of the property and location was good.
