Really nicely done and clean. Was nice to have a total place of my own.

The location was a little challenging for me because I didn’t have a car.

The location of the Historic Coach House is wonderful - in the Northern Lakes area, close to Skiddaw. The HCH is situated right next to the village green and the market cross. There is a really friendly pub less than 100 mtrs away with its own micro-brewery. The HCH is very comfortable and it was immaculately clean. Porridge for breakfast was perfect for setting up both of us for a morning's walk. Highly recommended...
