Die Unterkunft (Villa Lilla) war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hatte alles was man braucht. Der Blick zum See von der Unterkunft aus, ist einfach überragend. Gerne wieder.

Location and Views are stunning

Three items mentioned in a seperate mail (which were less than our expectations) 1) facilities (lot of damaged items) 2) logistics of gettign to the house and 3) different than fotos on booking.com

die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön, der Spaziergang runter zum See dauerte zwar sehr lange, aber es war schön durch die Gassen zu gehen.

was uns nicht gefallen hat, dass beim Besichtigen der Bilder auf der Seite zweierlei Pools und Wohnräume gezeigt wurden, man wusste nicht welches Haus gemeint ist. Dass das Parken mit zwei Autos am Haus unmöglich ist ( eine Garagenreihe gab es ein Haus weiter unten, aber nur eine durften wir benutzen, das zweite sollte sich wenn möglich auf die Seite stellen.) Es gab ca. 100 m entfernt vom Haus einen Parkplatz, den wir dann auch benutzten da die Anfahrt sehr steil ist. Die Schlafzimmer waren sauber. Es gab leider in keinem Zimmer Schränke oder Stühle indem man den Koffer darauf legen konnte. In drei Schlafzimmern konnten die Koffer wenigsten am Boden liegen, aber im vierten gab es keinen Platz dafür. Die Badezimmer waren modern gemacht, aber es gab keine einzige Ablage. Leider mussten wir in der Küche feststellen, dass es dort sehr viele Ameisen gab. Auch wenn das Haus am Wald liegt, so könnte man bevor neue Urlauber kommen das alte Laub am Haus wegmachen, es gäbe eine schöneres Bild ab. Wir waren entäuscht, haben uns aber arrangiert und wollten uns durch solche Sachen die vom Vermieter einfach zu beheben wären, nicht den Urlaub verderben lassen obwohl wir dafür sehr viel Geld bezahlt haben.

Die Villa bietet viel Platz u d Privatsphäre. Es hat ausreichend Pool- und Gartenmöbel und die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet.

Die Betten sind sehr hart und es hat viele Ameisen. Neue Matratzen und geschlossene Abfalleimer in der Küche wären sicherlich hilfreich.

The view at the lake from the Villa was amazing.

The drive to the villa was very narrow and steep. It was very difficult with the large vehicle.

We had an amazing time at Villa Belvedere! The villa was absolutely perfect – spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable for our group of 12. The view is stunning, and the whole place has such a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The owners were truly wonderful – super kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. We had four mid-size SUVs, and parking was no issue at all. The villa has nearby open parking, very close to the property, and everything felt super safe and convenient. Yes, we noticed a few ants and small insects, but come on – you’re staying right next to nature, and that’s totally normal. It didn’t bother us one bit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable stay with amazing hosts!

The property was great. The distance from the town and the hills was the not so nice things

Swimming pool, lots of space, great view, owner provided lots of towels, soap, coffee capsules.

The location - the drive up the hill is only for confident drivers. The bins are a steep climb down the hill and the owner threatens a 50 euro charge if they are not cleared on checkout Staff - pool was cleaned only while we were checking out ( I fished bugs out everyday). On entry there were burnt out lights in both showers and balcony. Everyday the handyman said he'll come 'tomorrow', never to arrive so we showered in the dark. Facilities - no Aircon meant difficult sleeping at night, though lots of fans are provided.

Excellent Villa with a marvelous view, great amenities, friendly host, very comfortable and has everything we need on a vacation.

The road up is steep and narrow. We were there by the van and it was challenging to fit in in the curves. However, it didn’t affect our stay and has nothing to do with the villa itself.
