"Amazing Flat in watford"

The apartment looks great, close to Watford Mall, beautiful location and everything you need is just close by. Kitchen is very well equipped and have everything you need to prepare food. Would definitely book again soon!

"Good location but in need of maintenance."

Location is excellent. Close to amenities, shops and cafes. Easy walk to train station. Kitchenette has everything you would need. Beds are very comfortable - (even though one headboard is broken and repaired with tape).

Unfortunately the apartment is in need of maintenance and repair. The heater in one bedroom does not work. This bedroom also has a loose window sill which allows outside air to blow into the room. Heaters in both bathrooms do not appear to work either - they both have timer switches but even when switch output is on the radiators do not heat up. Traffic noise is an issue. Check-in and check-out is not easy when you arrive with a car. The parking garage requires a fob to open the gates. To get the fob you have to leave your car outside somewhere (no easy parking close by) and collect it from the apartment (seventh floor). On leaving, the fob has to be returned to the apartment after driving your car out of the garage.

Location.

Couldn’t access the car park despite this being booked in advance. When they did provide a remote control to operate the gates, this did not work. They did eventually sort this out. There was also no bottle opener in the apartment which meant we couldn’t have a beer after our journey down.
