One Shoregate- cosy Crail retreat

All facilities you need for a holiday stay located close to harbour and day trip to St Andrews.

The location was ideal

The shower was not great. Everything else was good

We loved the location very central And Crail is such a picturesque little town The cottage was cosy and such a comfy bed One concern was the stairs up to the main Area I felt perhaps some sort of non slip mats could be fitted to each step! No pillow protectors We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you

Already said some sort of non slip mats on stairs especially if it’s raining and stairs get wet and slippery No pillow protectors Internet connection not good it effected TV viewing To many instructions when leaving For example Stripping bed putting out rubbish on certain days etc Surely housekeepings job !

Location was good.

The location, very comfy bed, decent size wine glasses, chippy nearby.

Windows could do with a clean.

Location was great. The place was welcoming and had everything we needed. There were cookies, milk, wood for fire etc. Cosy, romantic uncluttered space.

The shower was terrible, it was leaking and the only way to get more than a drizzle was to cover the leak with one hand - hopefully this gets fixed asap. It was also very confusing how to get the hot water to work (two switches, two separate rooms). Cutlery and dishes not properly cleaned. Late check in - 4pm. Many expectations on departure, e.g. turn off all the power switches to heaters, take out garbage and recycling to two separate and unknown distant destinations??. IMO this is for housekeeping.
