New Build 2 Bedroom Luxury Apartment, Jewellery Quarter Birmingham

Great location for the Utilita arena, only about a 15 min walk. Also very close to a pub serving good beer and food. Quiet street as well. Handy for Tesco too if needed (we parked there for 24 hrs for £7.50 on yourparkingspace). Apartment was really clean, good facilties and easy to access as it was on the ground floor. 3 of us stayed for one night and we all thought it was great. Instructions by the owner were very clear and they were also very helpful. Would definitely stay there again for future gigs in Birmingham.

Wasn't told parking was available from 6pm until we got there, but it didn't make much difference as we parked at Tesco

The apartment and the location . Stayed here twice now I plan to stay more. The host is so lovely and polite which is a bonus. Love the place no noise its peaceful and they have all the facilities you need. You should book yourselves a night here its perfect!!

Very Dirty and smelt of weed

The location was perfect for my purposes; only a 10 minute walk to the Birmingham Arena. The street was very quiet, especially for a Bank Holiday Saturday night. We felt safe walking to and from the arena. We couldn't hear any noise from neighbours either. There was nothing that did not meet expectations. The only kitchen Item we could not find, was a tin opener, otherwise, we had everything we needed.

Good location, facilities good. Easy to access once we had the key code.

Carpets filthy Beds broken Stinks of smoke and cheap air freshener Garden is nothing like described!

Clean bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment is basic, but clean and good value for 4 for a 1 night stay for concert visit. The street is quiet.

Unfortunately, the bed in ensuite bedroom was quite saggy and the pillows lumpy. There was a strange smell when we first walked in...like weed.
